is available for viewing as a "PDF" file.You must have
the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view the "PDF"
file. Adobe Acrobat comes with Netscape and Explorer these days. The Acrobat
Reader program should launch as the file is downloading. If you need the program, it
is available for download for free from the Adobe web site.
The file is large so expect 5 minutes or so for download. USE YOUR
